- Explanation of the title: The book is named
Skyjack, because the story is about a plane that is hijacked.

- Main characters: The main characters are: Carl and Harald, but you don’t know a lot about them because the storyteller doesn’t tell a lot about them.

- My opinion is: it is a good and exciting story.

- Which part of the book I liked most: I liked the middle of the book the most, because that is the part with a lot of the action. And the hijackers also kill an American person in that part.

- Which part of the book I didn’t like at all: I did not like the beginning of the book, because than they tell who the main-characters are.

- In which year the story takes place: The story takes place around the last ten years of the twentieth century.

- What kind of story I think it is: I call it an action story. That is because there is a lot of action in it.

- Is there a lot of time between the beginning and the end? No, there is not a lot of time between the beginning and the end; I think that the story took place within four hours.

- Do you think that the author tried to teach you something? I think he wanted to teach the reader that you do not must attack a hijacker, because that can be dangerous.

- Who tells the story? The author tells the story. You can see that, because the story has told like: He/She says.

- Where does the story take place? It takes place in an airplane, both in the air and on the ground. And it takes place in the airport were the airplane has landed.

- Would you tell your classmates to read the book? Yes, because it is a good and exciting story.

- Short outline:
The book is about a man named Carl and his bodyguard Harald.
They are going home, after their business trip.

When they are in the airplane an airhostess comes to serve them coffee.
After two hours of flying the air hostess and two other men are going into the pilot’s cabin.
Then after a few minutes the airhostess comes out of the pilot’s cabin, but now with an automatic rifle in her hands.
Then they land at an other airfield.
After a short time they hear a bell ring, and than they hear a man’s voice that tells them that the plane is hijacked. He tells that they are the People’s Liberation Army, and that they are doing this to get their two captive brothers free.
The prime minister of the country drives to that airfield to make a deal with the hijackers and to make a plan to capture the hijackers. But it isn’t easy because the hijackers want their dangerous brothers back and that must be done in just one hour.
The prisoners are too late at their destination so one passenger gets killed.
Then the hijackers ask all the passports of the hostages, but Harald knows that if they will see that Carl is the husband of the prime minister he will be the next one they will kill.
So he put the passport of Carl into the coffee and tore it in pieces without making any sound. Then he ate it!
But later the hijackers see Carl’s picture in the newspaper with his name under it.
They let one of the prisoners go to the airplane in exchange for one hundred passengers. Then the prime minister lets the plane refuel with two bushes, but in one of them there are FBI agents in it and they throw smoke bombs into the plane and shoot the hijackers down. They capture the hijackers and free the passengers.
