History: HMS Bounty sailed from Spithead, Engeland on December 23, 1787 with Capitain William Bligh and a crew of 45 men bound for Tahiti. Ther mission was to collect breadfruit for the slaves in the west indies. Wenn they bounty was underway toward home, when on the morning of april 28, 1789. Fletcher Christian and a part oft the crew mutinied, took over the ship. And det the captain and 18 members of the crew adrift in the ship 23 foot launch. The capitain sailed back. The mutineers took HMS Bounty back to tahitie. And with 6 Polynesian men and 12 woman took the ship. This ship isolated site pitcairn island. Info of the island Pitcairn: On this Island there are living only 47 people. The capital town and only town is Ademstown. The island is 45 square kilometers big or small

The language on the island is English and Pitcairns. On this Island they use the New Zeeland dollar. The island lies in the South Pacific Ocean. Tourism: On the island there is no tourism there are no hotels and there is only one bar and one shop. The shop opens only tree times a week. Also there is one church at the island. If you come to the island with a ship that only comes there tree times a year, You will see that the people are very friendly. What can you do on the island: You can go there for a walk around the island but that will only last for about 30 minutes, ore you can swim in the ocean... Or you can visit the original bible of the Bounty witch you can find in the church. Professions: The people of Pitcairn are fisherman and traders with ships passing bye. They trade with sweet potatoes that grown on the island, souvenirs and the very famous Pitcairn post stamp.
