A talented teenager

A talented teenager. Sarah Parker is a famous young singer. She's only 15 years old and released her debut album 2 weeks ago. Now she has already sold one million copies worldwide. Her parents are very proud of her. It all started when she was 5. Sarah loved listening to the radio and she always sang along with the songs. Her parents decided to give her private singing lessons, and soon her voice was getting stronger. Sarah also wanted to play the guitar. Her parents gave her one on her 8th birthday. After 2 years' practising Sarah composed her own songs. The children at school were very jealous. They teased her a lot, but she found comfort in her music. At the age of 12 Sarah moved to another school, where she had more music lessons than anywhere else. The teacher was impressed by Sarah's talent and asked her to play on a school concert. There she gave the best of her and the audience were extremely enthusiastic. There was also a man who was searching young talent for a record company. Two months later, 5 days after her 14th birthday, she received a letter from Virgin Records. They asked her to do an audition there. Sarah was overwhelmed and never thought she'd make a chance. After showing her talents, she was picked out of a selection of 50 girls. Sarah informed her parents and they decided to let her dream come true... Six months later she released a song she'd composed when she was 13. It became one of the best selling debut singles of all time. Sarah quitted school because she was too busy with her music career.
