Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to inform you that the books I received are not the books I had ordered. In addition, the books were tree weeks late. I expect to receive the right books within short notice, because I need them for school next week.

The books I ordered four weeks ago, were ‘How to live now’ by Meg Rosoff, ‘This is what I did’ by Ann Dee Allis and ‘The Trap’ by John Smelcer. All publications of ‘Young Blackbirds’. 

Your site promises that the books should arrive within a week and that was certainly not the case! Already two weeks ago I have sent you an email as a reminder, still  the books did not arrive in time.

I expect to get the books I ordered as soon as possible. If this is not the case I expect you to give me a full refund.
