Gandalf arrives to issue warning to these parties that Wargs and goblins were to prepare for a raid. They stop fighting and work together. in this war, Thorin gets wounded and dies. The men, the dwarves, and the elves win this war. Dain, the cousin of Thorin, is named the leader of that mountain. Bilbo goes back home, possessing some treasure from Thorin.
Description of themes in the book
I think there are multiple things the author wants the reader to experience, I think that he first of all want you to learn how important it is to work together. For example when they were hiding in the tree, but bilbo couldn’t get in the tree so one of the dwarves helped him, something that makes you think the opposite is when bilbo was left alone and had to fight Gollum and some goblins to later find them having a campfire. but I also think that he just wants to entertain you, because it is a very entertaining story and the writer puts in some aspects that made me not want to put the book down. I think the writer also wants you to think about how you have to learn to trust complete strangers If they are the only people you have to support you. In conclusion I think that the books covers many aspects.

Review
I think this book is great if you like fiction and adventures story’s. The book is full of cool adventures, but not just that. There are a lot of challenges as well, of course I’m not going to spoil the ending of them but its certainly worth reading and it will definitely be worth your while.
