I’ve chosen this book, because it has a nice cover.

The book is about Toby, in the beginning his father describes him as a disgusting, six foot tall, lazy boy who isn’t good at anything. his father really hates him, then Toby finds a women to live with. As a wedding gift his father gave him a big house, just to get ride of him for good. But after one week his wife left him, because being married was not the thing for her. After that he didn’t hear anything of his father or his ex wife for years.

he feels really lonely in this big house. Then he puts a advertisement in the newspaper, for people who would like to rend a room. He gets a lot of letters from weird people but eventually he picks out 4 of them.


Then 15 years later.
Toby is still the same after 15 years.
He has a crush on a girl called ruby, she also lives in the house. When she moved in she was just a 16 year old songwriter but now she is 31. then con came in, he was really desperate his father and grandmother died and his mother left him but after years she wanted to spend more time with him so they got a room together in Toby’s big house, the mother is called Melinda. Joanne is also living in the house; she is a little bit weird she doesn’t say much. And the biggest room was Gus’s he is an old man and a poet just like Toby.

One day Leah went to work but when she got out of her house she saw an old man on the pavement. But he appeared to be dead, then she screamed and then Toby came outside. Gus was dead, one of the few persons he could really talk with. That moment Leah and Toby met for the first time. Leah lived across the road.
Toby looked around in Gus’s room and found a little box with a letter in it. The letter said that he should start living, that he should renovate the house and sell it. Gus gave him al his money and with that money he started renovating the house.

He became close friends with Leah, and together they found away to get al his people out of the house. First con, he found himself a girlfriend called daisy, and he wants to become I pilot. Daisy is very ill bur he doesn’t care. He moved out to live with daisy. After that, Leah and Toby matched his mother Melinda and an old friend, they immediately fell in love. Sow Melinda left Toby either. Joanne went back to her lover after years. Then ruby, she slept with many different man, and then she got dumped by a boy who gave her money. After that she got a new boyfriend were she eventually lived together with. But then she left the boy, came to Toby’s house and stole the money that Toby got from Gus. So Toby had no money to renovate the house, then he makes a deal with the boss of the company, if they could take away all his furniture inside then it would be fine, so Toby agrees. But the house isn’t finished yet. So Leah arranges a house party and she calls al the persons who lived in the house to help . Within a week it was finished.

After al Leah was proposed by her boyfriend but says no, because she wants to be with Toby. They sold the house and bought a new one, and started a shop for people who want to sell their house.

I think the title is 31 dream streets because it is really on real, so many happy endings in one book.
It’s just weird to read. If this story is true it would be a real dream for many people.
And they all live in the same street so that way the cold it Dream Street but I don’t know were they got the 31 from

Toby is the main character he makes huge changes during the story first he is just a stupid, ugly boy who doest want to grow up, and in the and of the story he is a really handsome outgoing man. That’s all because of leah because she showed him how true love feels like

Passage
If I had to design the cover of the book, I would put his huge house on it, because now its just a street with two people on it, it doesn’t even seem to be the same street that lisa jewell talks about. So it would be his street not this one.


I would recommend this book to other people because it's really easy to read, and it's just a really nice story. But if you don’t like romantic books don’t read it.

The object that I brought is a hart, because the entire story is about love.
