Task punishing: I think it’s good thing to punish somebody without putting him in Gail. If the person committed a small crime like shoplifting or drunkenness in public, I think you can better punish them by let them do some work for the city they life in than putting them in Gail. I think it’s a good thing to give the person by his first small crime a warning. If the person make the mistake for the second time he should me punished to put him in Gail. I think it’s a good thing to give them first an alternative punishment because the Gails are already full and the problems will only become bigger when you also put also the persons who committed al small crime in Gail. It’s also better for the criminal himself. If you have to go to Gail you also get a crime sheet. I think that’s very axaggerated if it’s the person his first time. There’s posibility that he gets al lot of problems in the future. If the person makes the mistake again then it is his own fault and I then I don’t care if he gets a crime sheet. I think the best altervative punishment is to let de criminal work with his victims. I mean if the person stole in a supermarket to let him work in the same market. He helps the person where he had stole from. The criminal doesn’t get payed for his work. An alternative punishment is better that put everyone in Gail. Onlt the real criminals belong to gail. That’s my opinion.
