One of the biggest cause is unsafe sex. Sometimes young people use a condom but then it tears or they don’t use a condom at all. Also there are many girls they don’t know enough about contraceptives. There’s a chance about 1 percent that a girl become pregnant when she use the pill. That’s a very small chance. The best option is double Dutch when you are having sex. What if you are having a baby When you are having a baby a lot of things will change. Sometimes your boyfriend leaves you because there is a lot of responsibility and maybe he can't take that. Also your friend may leave you because you don't have any time for them. After a while, you maybe can go back to your parents. They can help you with raise the baby and maybe then you've got time to go study. There are also a lot of organisations to help you with your baby. Teenage moms get money for feeding their baby. This is about 450 euros, but when you become 18 you don't get that money any longer. You also get family allowance, but that's not so much because your child is very young. When you're not living at home with your parents, then you can live on your own with the father of the baby. Maybe you can stay at home while he is going to work. My opinion about our subject. I think teenage moms have a future because there are so many options to live with your baby. But I think it's very important to finish your study and have contact with your parents and friends. Everybody can help you with raising your baby.
