New Year Resolutions
Most people, including me, make New Year resolutions for the new year. However, a lot of people tend to ‘’forget’’ about their resolutions, or they simply abandon them. Why are resolutions is hard to keep?
To begin with, most people make resolutions about eating healthier and losing weight, but forget them as soon as they made the resolution. Personally, I don’t find it hard to keep, since I already sport 5 or 6 times a week. Nonetheless, for people who don’t do sports already, it can be very hard.
Another resolutions lots of people make is doing better in school. They want better grades, for example. This is a hard one, because this is really about changing habits. You really have to want it yourself.
People also make resolutions about family or friends. Being kinder, or expressing more love towards their families. I also think this is a hard one to keep, since families (especially siblings) fight a lot, even though you love them no matter what.
In conclusion, resolutions are hard to keep for a lot of people. They abandon them or forget about the resolutions.
