Then goes the prince on the street. On street says he everybody that he the prince is, but the people laugh and think that he crazy is. In the palace Tom said that he the prince not is. Through a question to put that only the prince knew came they behind it that Edward the prince was and Tom the pauper.

2) Describe the main characters (4 people).

Tom Canty Tom Canty lives in the streets of London. His father
John Canty had no money because he didn’t work, he didn’t want to work. Because he didn’t want to work, the children had to work. Every day the two girls, Bet and Nan, went out with Tom into the streets. they had to stand by the road for hours and beg for money. Some days nobody gave Tom money. When he came home on those days, his father hit him.

Edward Tudor Edward Tudor is a prince. His father is ill, when the father from
Edward get dead is Edward the king.

Father Andrew Father Andrew. He’s a friend from Tom, and he lives in the same
house as Tom. Together, Tom talk with Father Andrew. He talk
with Tom about that Tom will be a prince. Father Andrew tells him that he a time only to the palace must go. Tom does it.

John Canty He is Tom’s father. He had no money because hi didn’t work. And he
didn’t work because he didn’t want to work. Tom’s father slept in the bed, the others slept on the floor. When Tom nothing money had, and he came those days at home, his father hit him.

3) Give your opinion about the story with 3 arguments in 10 sentences.

I find the book unlikely. It is not really that a poor boy just the palace within may come at the prince, and then with clothes will change. It is unlikely that nobody sees that the prince and the pauper from clothes change.

I find the book funny. Tom goes to the palace and the prince change the clothes with him. Then, on street, nothing will beliefs that Edward he the prince is, and when Tom in the Westminister Palace is, nothing will beliefs that Tom a pauper is.

I find the book pitiful. The father from Tom slept in a bed, the others slept on the floor, and they were paupers. And when Tom came home without money, the father and the grandmother from Tom hit him. After that, they sent him to bed without food. Tom’s mother usually woke him in the night and gave him a little bread. Then his father hit, his mother and Tom cried. Pitiful!
