Black maids raise the white children, but no one trusts them not to steal the silver.

Main characters
-Aibileen, a kind black maid who works for miss Leefolt. She had begun to tell her stories about the white families to miss Skeeter.

-Miss Skeeter, is blond curly haired and is really brave because she interviewed Aibileen for her book. She had more respect for the Black people.

-Minny, short, fat, and perhaps the most sassy woman in Mississippi also helped Miss Skeeter with writing stories. She cooks amazing.

Opinion 
It reads very easily and it continues from the beginning to the end interesting because everything is fascinating in the story. You read the story from three different perspectives, and that makes it fun to read.

A very nice book, humorous, exciting, the fears of all the main characters, discrimination and pressure in various forms. In addition, there is also a truth and it lets people think about racism in the past and present.
