Romeo Montague is in love with Rosaline, but she doesn¡¦t love him. Paris wants to marry Juliet Capulet, but Juliet is just fourteen years old. Then Romeo and Juliet meet on a party at Juliet and they fall in love with each other, but their families are enemies. After the party Romeo climbs over the wall to the balcony of Juliet. The day after Romeo goes to Friar Laurence to prepare a marriage with Juliet.
Then there¡¦s another fight between the two families. Romeo first tries to ignore it, but when his friend Mercutio is murdered by Tybalt of the Capulet family he fights with Tybalt. Then Romeo murders Tybalt accidentaly and the Prince wants to ban him. Juliet is angry, but still loves him and forgives him. Romeo goes to Mantua, where he will stay for a while. In the meanwhile Juliet has to marry with Paris in a few days. Juliet goes for advice to Friar Laurence. He gives her a drink, when she drinks it will look like she¡¦s dead. Romeo could take her with him to Mantua then. Laurence sends a letter to Romeo where¡¦s in that Juliet isn¡¦t dead, but Romeo has heard that Juliet is dead. Romeo buys a poison drink and goes to Juliet¡¦s grave to open her coffin, but Paris is at there too. Romeo murders Paris and drinks his poison. When Juliet sees the dead Romeo lying next to her, she stabs his sword in her heart. When the two families finally hear the story of Laurence, they decide to live in peace with each other.
