In my opinion is organ donation a good idea, it should be mandatory.

This is definitely the best way save life and also cut down the long waiting list for organ. Every patient has opportunity for received organ not only rich patients. 
Finally, it dtops the organ black market and people after they're dead aren't really going to need their organs and someone living could get a second chance because of a good decision like this one. There are many people who needs a organd, it is really important for them and not for deed people.

Only thing is ,it is a little difficult to come to terms with your loved one being cut open and stuff before their burial. But still, the cause is much More important.
