Summary

Bella was fallen in love with Edward Cullen. On her 18th birthday will Edwards sister Alice wants to hold a party. On the party Bella cut in her finger, Jasper can’t control his feelings and sees Bella as foot. Edward saves Bella and takes her to her home. Bella keeps his family in danger but Edward won’t see that. Edward and his family leaf Forks, so can Jasper calming and it is safer for Bella. In the time they are gone met Bella Jacob Black. He is the son of a friend of Bella’s father. Jacob becomes a good friend of Bella.

When Bella goes motorcycling with Jacob comes she in a danger situation, she hears the voice of Edward. She likes that and is even more dangerous things. Bella buys two motors and same with Jacob goes she benefit them completely. Jacob is changed, and Bella finds out that he is a werewolf. This is the greatest enemy of the vampires, Edward and his family. Also Bella learned that Jacob is in love with her. This brings her all in confusion.

Victoria wants take revenge on the family Cullen. She will this to murder Bella. The werewolves, Jacob and his family protect Bella from Victoria and the vampires who heard her.

Because Bella still like to hear Edward's voice, she cliff dives. Edwards sister Alice gets in through a vision that Bella wants to do that, and decides to go back to Forks to see if Bella is dead. Another sister of Edward, Rosalie tells Edward that Bella did not survive the jump. Edward can’t news, and left for Italy. There he goes to the Volturi, the family of Victoria. This family is able to kill him. Alice find Bella still living in Forks, and together they go to Italy to stop Edward. In Italy she hears Bella or a vampire should be, and must die, because she knows of the existence of vampires.

As Bella and Edward are back in Forks Edward explains that he went to Italy because he could not live without her. Also decides that Bella Cullen family after her graduation to be a vampire. Edward is it disagrees

Description of the main characters

Bella Swan: She is in love with Edward Cullen, lives in Forks. She becomes a really close friend of Jacob Black.

Jacob Black: He is a son of a close friend of Bella's father. He is a werewolf.

Edward Cullen: The vampire where Bella is in love with.

The Cullen family: The family of Edward.

Victoria: An other vampire which is contrary to the Cullens

An explanation of the title

The title was chosen because I think Edward leaves Bella. This makes her very zomber day and waits for his return, only then she sees a new moon

An explanation of the main theme.

The main theme of New Moon is vampires. This is because the book is mainly about vampire. It will explain how Edward and his family life but also what forces vampires and how they have to learn to deal with it. Likewise, it tells how it is that the Cullen family vampires simply people can go and how the conflict may be between different vampires. There is also the book that the connection between vampires and werewolves.

A short account of the beginning and end of the novel

In the beginning, Bella and Edward are still very much with each other. When Edward finds out Bella that he will endanger himself and his family live somewhere else. Bella is very depressed at that time. As Bella tries to get back in her life, she meets Jacob. With him are dangerous things they do to Edwards voice. When Edward thinks Bella is dead, he went to the Volturi. Alice looking for Bella, and together they go after him. They can stop him just showing up in time. Yet certainly the Cullen Family Bella after her graduation to be a werewolf

An explanation of the climax or anti climax

In the story, the tension is still very much. There is a big deal then, as cliff diving. And then the excitement begins again. There is a lot of climax. Only in the time that Edward is gone, there is no climax in the beginning. Later this is back.

Your personal opinion

I think it's a very nice book. I could well understand. Because I have seen the film I understood the book very carefully. I found the part that Edward was gone a little long ply. Therefore, I had trouble getting through this one piece to come. When I was through I wanted to read as quickly as possible, and I found it a very exciting and original book.
