Dear Sir/Madam,

I´m writing this letter with reference to your advertisement in The Sunday Times. I´m looking for a manner to improve my English in a short time. I think it’s fantastic to learn English in England. My father is impressed by what your school has to offer according to the advertisement.

I should introduce myself. I´m a female, I´m sixteen year old and I´m on the Higher General Secondary Education. I´m not very good at foreign languages as I would and I want to do that quickly. I´m thinking to start with English. I can easily understand English, but I´m not so good in speaking English. I was excited to read that there are all kinds of fun things to do! That´s why I don´t mind go to school in the holiday.

My father wants to know how expensive it is to stay two weeks in Hurtwood House. Is it more expensive in July than in August or is it in August as expensive as in July? And is the price including activities, trips, parties, visits to theaters, etc.? How do you know what level is appropriate for me?

I would be grateful if you could give me further information about the ages and how big the groups are maximized. I prefer to work in small groups. How many hours are you learning in a week? With how many students do you have to sleep in a room? And how much free time do you have?

I hope that I receive as soon as possible answers to my questions.
