Assignment 4, presentation A.

¡K¡K.:
First of all I want to thank everyone for being here.
Now I want to introduce our group and afterwards I will give short introduction of what we're gonna talk about.
(Introduce the group).
As anyone may know, there is a big discussion about cloning going on. This discussion is world wide, and goes about the legalisation of cloning , is it a good or a bad idea.
Some say it's good others say it's bad. But that is everyone's personal opinion.
What we are gonna talk about is what positive and negative result cloning has and what we all know about cloning.

¡K¡K.:
I really don't know much about cloning, but what I do know is that is has to do with making copies of human beings, who already exists.

¡K¡K:
Sometimes I don't know why people making a lot of fuss about it, because in nature it happens all the time. For example, take now flowers or plants they can "make love" on the same plant. At least I think it was something like that, but that doesn't matter.

¡K¡K.:
I know that it has to do with the replication of the DNA-structure. With a little experience I can tell that there is lot of work to do before you only have contained the DNA from your blood. And if can believe my uncle there is a lot more work to do before your finished.
I can also add to this a definition of cloning. Cloning means that you replicate DNA-structure of an organism and when the clone is "finished" it is a look-a-like of the original organism. BUT with influence of the environment the clone can get a different character.

¡K¡K¡K:
The things that I do are that the scientists already have cloned the first sheep "Dolly" and a bull "Herman". May be it wont take long before they can clone humans as well, with al the progress nowadays.

¡K¡K¡K:
When you clone a person it will also bring a long positive and negative result. I will now give a few examples of some positive results:
„h First of all when you lost you dearest pet you can take some flesh, but this is gross, so normally you take some hair from your pet because this contains also DNA. And with that they can make you a perfect copy of your pet. And then everyone is happy.
„h Secondly you can also make very intelligent people to get rid of problems, like the ozonlayer, diseases like for example AIDS, hunger, big tornado's or earthquakes.
„h Thirdly you can create people with rare blood types so when someone gets involved in an accident you have that kind of blood type.


¡K¡K..:
To add some more positive results on what Anna said:
„h You can replicate organs so people can get of waiting lists and get better.
„h Make people very intelligent and one special ground for example going to the outer space, so we can search for other live forms and other planets we can live on.
„h We could make people with a lot of knowledge on how to rule country so the wars might stop. And on effect to that make the world a better place.
„h We could be cruel and use them for guinea pigs in labs or test dummies for car test.

¡K¡K..:
If we would only come up with positive sides of cloning wouldn't it give a perfect view of cloning so I also have a view negative points:
„h Nowadays we already have unemployment and then it would only get bigger and bigger.
„h Some people can put down a lot of money so they can replicate themselves over 10 times, and then we might have 10 Saddam Huseins and I think that 1 is 1 to many. So it would be dangerous.
„h When clones are "born" they also have personal feelings, and when you tell them that they are no natural humans the might get really upset.
„h You can clone your self and your clone can clone him self to so people will get when you think it threw very old and may think they are some sort of God.

I'm going to do the same what Aize did, I'm also gonna add some more points on Jurjens points:
„h First of all our earth is already full enough, with more people on it might collapse.
„h Secondly the can think we are better then that stupid humans and dominate us.
„h Thirdly clones can make clones of the selves again and then the original humans would be outnumbered. This has not to be a problem as told earlier.

With al these point I can make the following conclusion: In some ways cloning could be a good a idea but that it also has so many negative sides it would be better if we just left it by the normal human race. Because if you want to make clones it has to have much more positive side the negative sides or else it will only bring you trouble
