The Attacks of 11 September 2001

I’m gonna tell you something about the attacks on the 11th of September.

As y’all know two airplanes flew into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center on Tuesday the 11th of September 2001. It was an terrorist attack. The first plane, with 92 passenger on board, crashed into the northern Tower at nine o’clock (three o’clock Dutch time). He was hading to the east coast of the U.S. They first thought it was a terrible accident, but than 18 minutes later, a second plane, with 65 passengers on board, flew, into the southern Twin Tower.
President Bush spoke about a terrorist attack and he set out with Airforce One.
The WTC was about 400 metres high and about 20.000 people were working there. Both towers had 110 floors. The people till the 20th floor could get out before it collapsed.
And one hour later both Twin Towers collapsed. At about 9:58, the South tower collapsed, followed by the North tower at 10:28.
A half hour later after the two planes flew into the WTC buildings, a third plane, with 64 passengers on board, crashed into the American Ministry of Defense,the Pentagon, in Washington, 170 people died)
Later they found out that this plane was ment for the White-House. Than the last plane, with 45 passengers on board, crashed in the woods somewhere outside Pittsburg. The plane was meant for Camp David, a place where the president spends some of his spare time. Thanks to the passengers who overpowered the hijackers, this didn’t happened. Unfortunately the plane crashed and no one survived.
2998 people died, including 200 fire(department)men and 150 police men.
These attacks were crimes against humanity. The victims included US citizens, as well as Asians, Africans, Latin Americans and Europeans.

Some people in the hijacked planes could contact other by sell phone. They told some things about the hijackers. On each plane there were about 4 or 5 hijackers and they’re were only armed with knives. So no guns. Some crew members were stabbed. On none is how those knives came through the safeties controls.
In total there were 18 hijackers. Probably the leader of al those 18 men was Mohamed Atta
Al the hijackers were originating from the Middle-East. The hijackers who were flying the planes had excellent fly skills.

Ossama Bin laden was behind to the attack of 11th September. He is a very rich and dangerous man. He became a terrorist, because he is very religious. He is against the free western society and he’ll do everything to destroy it. Ossama Bin Laden is the leader of a terrorist network, called Al Quaeda. This network is probably responsible for the attacks of several American buildings last year.
The Secret Services of the USA are still looking for him.
The person who arrests Ossama Bin Laden or the person who gives the best hint to find this criminal, will get 5 million U.S. Dollars…
