Autobiographical element: thought to be about his relationship with Anne Boleyn, so it is biographical.

Mood: true love: it did no matter to him that his mistress was not as pretty but only that she was on the same wavelength that he was.

Relationship between I-figure and person described: he loved the woman he wrote about. The comparisons were mildly ironic.
Aotobiographical element: I think it is not autobiographical, because it satires the tradition of comparing one’s beloved to all things beautiful. It is not a serious poem about an experience or feeling.
