My god is better than yours.

My god is the best god of all, because he simply doesn't exist.
In this way I don't live in a lie and I’m not basing my life and hopes on a lie.
All religions are based on the same point, there is one god who created all life.
this god lives in a paradise-like world, heaven/walhalla whatever they call it.
The people that believe in this religions believe that they will go to paradise if they have lived a good life.
To get to this paradise after your mortal life you have to live by the rules of the religion,
these rules are written down in the holy books like the Bible and the Koran.
Believers think that people who don't follow these rules will go to hell when they die, this place is a dystopia where Satan (the opposite of god) rules.
The one good thing that these religions have is that the believers have something to hold on to.
Their faith gives them hope and keeps their spirits up in bad times.
The bad aspect in this faith is that the believers sometimes don't take responsibilities for their own acts and decisions They do something because god says that it's the good thing to do, so they are living their lives to rules made by (in my opinion) a non-existent god.
I think that this is one of the worst aspects of religion because you have to live your life the way you want to and you should take responsibilities for your own acts,
And then I didn’t come up with the fact that there are and have been wars over religions, but that is human’s own stupidity, it would be way better if everyone could decide for themselves what they will and will not believe.
Because I do have that freedom, I decided to be an atheist, and decide for myself what’s good and what’s bad.
