Ambulance

I am going to tell you about over the ambulance. More than 100 years ago, people that had an accident, or need an ambulance where transported to the hospital on a wagon that behind a horse. The ambulance we have now is about 50 years old. We need an ambulance for many things. When you had an accident or you can’t come to the hospital because you have much pain, and also when a woman is pregnant. When you call the emergency number you get a person on the telephone that asks you what do you need (Ambulance, Police, Fire Department) en where do you need it. Then that person calls the emergency service in your neighbourhood that you need. The ambulance is not only for emergency’s. They also been used for transportation when a patient of an hospital needs to go to an other hospital. And if somebody is dismissed from the hospital, but cant come home because he’s still a little herd. How does an ambulance look like
In this neighbourhood we use an Mercedes-Benz. The ambulance is yellow whit blue flashlights. The flashlights and the siren may only being used when the ambulance is on a hurry. In the front of the ambulance are two seats. The driver controllers the flashlights and the sirens. In the back of an ambulance is an stretcher, an stretcher is the bed where herd people lay on, clean blankets, medicines , and 2 seats and something more stuff. There is one seat for the paramedic and one for other people that come along whit the ambulance. What’s Happening by an accident

When there has been an accident an ambulance where called. They go to the accident on an A1 or A2. By an A1 the ambulance is using flashlights and the sirens. By an A2 the ambulance is driving normal. When the ambulance is at the accident the paramedic gets out of the ambulance. The driver tries to drive the ambulance as near by a wounded person. Then the paramedic checks the patient and the driver helps him with that. When the patient is stable he has to go in the ambulance. The driver gets the stretcher and then the paramedics get the patient on the stretcher. When the ambulance is driving the person gets medicines and the paramedic checks the patient for other damage. Also the paramedic calls the hospital to give information about the patient and which doctors he needs. Also he say how late the ambulance arrived at the hospital. The driver has to drive fast but he has to try to avoid bad road’s and holes in the road. When the ambulance comes into the hospital there are doctors waiting for the ambulance. The paramedics tell the doctors what is broken of damaged in the patient. Then they help to get the patient into an hospital bed and then they leave. Back to the station or just driving around.
