ik vond je boekverslag heel erg goed

1.
There was an old, rich woman called Clarrie Middlemarsh. She was murdered but who did that? Was it her son Michael who was teacher on a school? He hates it that his mother thinks he is still a child, he gets all her money if she died. Or was it her husband Geoffrey who has an affair with the beautiful Anna Wilson? It could also be the millionaire, Mr Yassuf, he wants pictures by Tolmadi, the Italian from Clarrie for his collection but she didn’t want to give them away.
And at last was there Mrs Flower, she helps Clarrie with the householding. Every morning she gives Clarrie her orange-drink.
Clarrie was murdered with sleeping pills, which she took every night but now all the pills were gone, while yesterday the whole box was full with sleeping pills.
There were two police officers to solve this murder, they were called officer Stone and Officer Nixon. They were glad that they had something to do because in Bissleton it was very dull. It was an old people’s town. Nixon and Stone checked all the suspects. And at the end of the book “Dead in the morning” they find the murderer. The murderer is someone you would not expect.

The title is chosen because there is someone murdered and all the other people knows it in the morning, if they come out of bed. I think the title hasn’t been better, it is a good title and it gave you a good idea of the book.
The characters in this book are Clarrie Middlemarsh, Geoffrey Middlemarsh and Michael.

Clarrie Middlemarsh is the woman who gets murdered. She is old and very rich. The father of Michael was died and Clarrie got al the money from him. He had a half a million pounds and Clarrie makes more money every day.

Geoffrey Middlemarsh was the new husband from Clarrie. He never gets money from her and that isn’t what he wants. Geoffrey had an affair with the younger Anna, she is really beautiful and Geoffrey likes her very much. He hates it that he never talks with Clarrie and never gets some money from her.
Michael is the son from Clarrie Middlemarsh, he is a schoolteacher near Bissleton. His friends often asked him why. He always had the same answer: “I’m a scientist, but I’m not a good one. So I teach science”. He says also that he didn’t like children but he must have got money and so he teached.
The story doesn’t say in what time it plays but the whole story is in Bissleton and the most in the house from Clarrie Middlemarsh. The weather isn’t very good, it is raining a lot.

The passage from the book, which impressed me most, is this: “ Drink your tea fast, then get your coat” he said. “An old woman, a Mrs Middlemarsh, is dead.” “Mrs Middlemarsh?” said Stone. “But I saw her this morning!”

Mrs Flower opened the door for the policemen. Her eyes were red and wet. “Come in” she said. “Mrs Middlemarsh is in her bedroom. The poor old woman! That husband of hers, Geoffrey Middlemarsh! He killed her!”

This passage impressed me the most because it looks like Mrs Flower was the only one who was very sad. And also because she didn’t know it for sure but she said, “Geoffrey has killed Clarrie.”

The book started to interest me when I read that Clarrie Middlemarsh was murdered because then I began to think about the persons who could be a suspect. And that is what I like on a book. I like to read thrillers and detectives.
