1. The wizard of Oz.
Written by L.Frank Baum with a total of 143 pages.
2. The story starts when Dorothy and her aunt and uncle are going to hide for the coming storm. When they are going to hide underground Dorothy forgot the dog when she goes back the cyclone has reached their house. The whole house gets lift and it is flying to another place far away. When Dorothy awakes she is in another kind of world .She has to get back to her house. People say she has to go to “The great wizard Oz”.So she and her dog are heading to the wizard. When she’s on her way she sees scarecrow he s tied up on a stick to chase off birds. She sets him free and he would like to join her on her trip to the wizard because he has no brains and he wants to get brains from the wizard. They continue the trip and then they hear screaming. When they take a look they see that it’s a man of tin he was rusted and couldn’t move anymore. When they oil him he also goes with them because he wants to have a real hart. They continue and then a big lion comes and also wants to go with them because he wants to have “real” courage. Then they go on and get in all kind of adventures. When they finally meet the wizard he tells them they first have to kill the wicked witch. When they killed her they come back and then they see that the wizard is no wizard just somebody who’s pretending like he is. But however he can fool the lion, Tin woodman and scarecrow like they all have their desires ( courage, a hart, brains) but he can’t get Dorothy back to her home. Then she’s going to a real witch ( a good witch ).And that witch can help here. The witch let her get back to her home.

The dogg is the “best friend” of Dorothy but it has not really a role
4. I would like to be the lion because he’s big and strong.
5. I wouldn’t recommend this book because it’s a little boring but the book is not bad, I just don’t like it that much.
