In the last days of Narnia, a world, there lived a ape, called Shift. Shift had a friend, Puzzle, who was a donkey. One day they found a lion-skin in Caldron Pool. Shift putted the lion-skin on Puzzle’s back and said that he looked just like Aslan. Aslan is Narnia’s god, who was a giant lion. Shift told all the other animal that it was Aslan and gave them orders from in Aslan’s name. When the last King of Narnia, King Tirian, and Jewel, a unicorn and the king’s best friend, heard from a Dryad that the talking trees were being felled, they went away to punish the murderers. On there way they met a water-rat, who told them that the Calormenes, people from another country, were felling the trees from the orders of Aslan. Tirian and Jewel wanted to see Aslan with their own eyes. Shift was sitting in front of a stable, in witch he kept puzzle with the lion-skin. He only let puzzle out when it was dark, so nobody could see that he was actually a donkey. Shift ordered to tie them on a tree. Tirian asked Aslan for help, when he was tied on the tree, so there came help, Jill and Eustace from “our” world. The freed the king and went with him to a tower, there they dressed up like Calormenes. At night they went back to the stable. Tirian freed Jewel and Jill went in the stable and took Puzzle out of it. They took puzzle with them for they could show him to everybody, so they would believe he wasn’t the real Aslan. At their way back they met some dwarfs, but they didn’t believe in Aslan any more, except for one named Poggin, who followed Tirian to join with him. The next day they went back to the stable. There they saw the ape with some Calormenes and talking beasts , who all wanted to see Aslan. Shift told that he wouldn’t come out any more and if they want to seen him face to face, they would have to go in one by one. First a talking cat called Ginger went in, but when he came out at top speed, he couldn’t talk anymore. Shift said that Aslan did that. Nobody wanted to go in anymore, except for Emeth, a Calormene boy. Just after he walked in, a dead body came out again, it wasn’t Emeth, but they didn’t see that. Next moment Tiria and his friends came out of the darkness, where they stood watching this all, and they called all loyal Narnians to join them. The talking dogs, the bear and the boar came to their side and they all fought against the Calormenes. The Calormenes wanted to through them all into the stable, because they thought that they would die, if they went inside.but wen Tirian got into the stable, after Jill and Eustace, it wasn’t dark and small, as he expexted. But he was in an other land, a beautiful land. There where also seven kings and queens, all from ”our” world, the youngest two were Jill and Eustace, but they were changed. In the middle of that land stood a door, after that door was Narnia. A few minutes later the real Aslan stood in front of them and he opened the door. Then all the stars began falling, like an silver rain, Aslan had called them home. After that all the people and beasts and other creatures came to the stable door and they all went into it. When everyone was in, the sea started rising, it covered hole Narnia, after that there was completely darkness. That was the end of Narnia. Aslan shut the door and High King Peter locked it. All the creatures started running further up and further into the new world. Everybody was there, also the people who died long ago. They discovered that it was Narnia, but more beautiful, the real Narnia, the world of Aslan himself. And everybody could live there forever.
